These terms govern your use of mocinstructions.com (the "Site") and of the MOC Instructions Pro subscription. By using the Site you accept them.
The Site is a library of LEGO® MOC ("My Own Creation") building instructions designed by BrickProject.
Anyone can browse the MOCs, their photos, 3D models, build animations and step-by-step building instructions for free, without an account. We may add, change or remove MOCs and features at any time.
You can sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Site (for example scraping it at scale, or redistributing Pro files).
What it includes. Pro adds downloads for every MOC on the Site: printable PDF instructions, the full parts list, the BrickLink parts list export (XML) and the Studio file, including MOCs added later while you are subscribed.
Price and billing. Pro costs USD 9 per month, charged at the start of each monthly period through our payment provider, Stripe. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code: the price shown is the price you pay. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change, which then applies from your next period.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep Pro until then and are not charged again.
Refunds and right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from your first payment to change your mind: email us within that time and we refund your first payment in full, no questions asked. After that, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.
The MOC designs, instructions, photos, 3D models and files are the work of BrickProject and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them to build the models for yourself, including printing the PDF for your own use.
You may not, without written permission:
You are welcome to share photos of your own builds; a mention of BrickProject or a link to the Site is appreciated.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this Site. Some MOCs are fan tributes to characters and franchises owned by third parties; they are unofficial fan creations, not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Parts lists are provided to help you build and may contain occasional errors. Check them before buying parts. Building involves small parts that are not suitable for young children.
We do our best to keep the Site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page; significant changes affecting Pro subscribers will be emailed to them in advance.
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@mocinstructions.com. Consumers keep the benefit of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.
