About this MOC
This LEGO Charmander MOC is a 48-piece brick-built version of the Fire-type starter Pokémon, with a rounded orange head, a cream belly and a red and yellow flame on the tip of its tail. Eyes built from small tiles sit on the sides of the head, two round nostrils mark the snout, and white tiles add claws to the feet.
The model is 7 x 5 studs and 6 cm tall, with 33 different parts over 32 pages of free step-by-step instructions. The belly is built sideways so its studs face forward, a simple SNOT technique that suits kids and beginners, and curved slopes give the head its round shape. It is small enough for a desk or a shelf of figures.
LEGO has released official Pokémon sets in 2026, but this is a custom MOC by BrickProject, not an official LEGO set. Charmander is #004 in the site's Gen 1 series and the first stage of an evolution line that is complete on the site: Charmeleon and Charizard are also available, so all three can stand in a row.
