About this MOC
This LEGO Beedrill MOC is a 109-piece brick-built version of the Bug/Poison Pokémon, number 015 in the first-generation Pokédex. It has a striped yellow and black abdomen, red eyes, curved black antennae and large white wings. Gray cone-shaped stingers stick out from its forearms, and a yellow stinger finishes the tail.
The model is 15 x 11 studs wide and 10.3 cm tall. The wings are built from white plates and quarter-round pieces, the thin legs and arms are made from gray bars, and the body is a stack of yellow and black sections. With 60 different parts and 52 instruction pages, it suits builders who already have a few models behind them, and its spread wings give it a lot of presence on a shelf. The free step-by-step instructions are viewable online, with renders from four angles and a 3D model.
This is a custom MOC by BrickProject, not part of the official LEGO Pokémon range. It joins the other Gen 1 Pokémon on the site, including its fellow Bug types Caterpie and Butterfree.
